SJA was founded by Brian Cleary, PE as a full service Civil Engineering firm that specializes in providing the technical foundation for every land development project. From conceptual plans and grading design, to storm water management and utility infrastructure layouts and navigating local zoning approvals and permitting. We are here to take you every step of the way. Brian is the sole employee at SJA, which guarantees that all projects will be handled by someone with an abundance of experience in all aspects of Land Development Engineering.

FOUNDER
Brian W. Cleary, PE
Brian graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He holds professional engineering licenses in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and West Virginia. Prior to founding SJA Engineering, Brian worked at The Pettit Group, LLC for almost 20 years, working his way up from an Engineering Intern to the Vice President of Engineering. He has significant experience collaborating closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and municipalities to see projects through to completion.
